My favorite Christmas recipe is a decadent Malva Pudding made with Fair Cape Dairies' rich and creamy milk. I combine 1 cup of Fair Cape milk with 1 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. After baking to perfection, I serve it warm and topped with a creamy Fair Cape Dairies' butter sauce it's a Christmas tradition.
